rules? you want RULES? well one of the rules is that you speak english! not just english words, but english words in an order that makes them say somthing.

english is not what i would concider that to be writen in. english words yes, actual sentence that can be translated to meaning something, no.

oh and there are your rules also. i apolagise if i am being overly hostel, but i cant read that to save my life. if that was a joke, i surely didn't get it.
