With 40 posts already I'd say you kinda like it here :lol:

When someone says "+rep", it means they have clicked the little

icon underneath your profile next to your post and given you positive feedback for what you've written. You can view your latest rep by going into your User CP. You get awarded rep if someone likes what you've said or just coz they like you - but asking for it means you most likely won't get any at all, so just wait until you've earned it
