In many interviews he has spoken about how the world has evolved and so have the creatures and with Hobbes being the main enemies besides bandits of Fable im sure they will return. Probably much tougher and even more annoying than in the original.

My cat is named after Hobbes. In Swedish, we don't put the "s" in it, so my cat is named Hobbe.

Hey In that demo with the dog it showed hobbes and they looked the same...

Looks can be deceiving, plus do you think he would want to give away the look of any new or evolved enemies in the 'demo'.

I don't really think much of this "evolution".

Seriously though, I don't. I'd expect nicer looking models, of course, but in terms of groundbreaking evolution... nah.

rememeber it was just a demo. they might actually MAKE hobbes like like...there evolution partners =)

well....im pretty sure wll see a new form of hobbe.....like from Halo 2 to Halo 3, the bbrutes in Halo 3 are less barbaric and have full body armor and are all shiny

We dont believe they are for certain, it just sparked a discussion on how the enemies might evolve in Fable 2. After all Peter Molyneux did say the world had changed and we have all seen the creature in the trailer.

maybe theyll have vampires =]

or.....GIANT TOADS!!!!!

or,or......other flying monsters like Wyerns or w/e they are....

and hopefully more human enemies accept guards and bandits.....maybe if ur evil...theyll have other hunting u...like bounty hunters.....or u can be a bounty hunter if ur good...or evil......

In the demo the hobbes had longer arms and legs. Their features were a little different too.

Wyverns are a type of dragon, usually depicted as small.

Yeah, I hope that the Hobbes evolve, or the general perception of them/their perception of themselves has changed. In the original they were sapient, obviously, since they wore clothes and used tools and Will-- but they were treated little differently from animals. It'd be cool to be able to fight alongside a good Hobbe or something, and to trade with them and other things, similar to the way you can with humans. Maybe you could go to Darkwood Caves and discover that the Hobbe Cave has swollen to a city or a town, or something. Hell, maybe you could even help the Hobbes with their city.

And quests! Defend them against maurauding anti-Hobbe humans or attack humans with anti-Human Hobbes (no, I don't know why they'd be working with you if they were anti-human).

And, of course, new titles: Hobbe-Lover! Hobbe-Hero! Hobbette!
