Hobobbling with Hobbes Quest

Hey there,
I'm currently on a mission to collect all the rare books and my last one to find is the one in Dankwater Cavern, however it is all blocked off because apparently I haven't done this quest. How do I start this quest, I am the ruler but have 200 odd days until the final battle thing, all the quests I have left are collectables, "The Debt", "Framed for Murder" and "Peace, Love and Homicide".

Is there someone I need to talk to so that it will kickstart this quest or am I doomed to be on 28/30 books?

It becomes available first after you finish the story completely. Also, there is only one step/quest but you will have to exit the cave and reenter for the door to open. I'm not sure if you have to wait a while, but it won't open right away nor is there a follow-up quest you have to do.

By the way, I think it's called Hobnobbing with Hobbes, not Hobobbling. :ninja:
