So I was wondering after playing the game for this last month, is the Homestead behind the Demon Door completely secluded? If I was to marry someone else in Oakfield, would my spouse in there notice?

Yea, it's completely secluded. Spouses at Serenity Farm and in Oakfield won't notice each other, but if you're going to get married more than once, beware the blackmail letter.
Also, be aware that you are not allowed to take children out of the demon door unless you move into another house. Thus you cannot take your family on the perfect date. Not that it matters, but it's always easier to get the achievement when your family is involved. There are also some glitches you may want to look up before doing some quests with your family regarding serenity farm.
