House on a Hill???

I was exploring Mistpeak when i saw a silver key that was up a littile hill, when i went to get the key in the distance i saw a house (very big one) on a huge hill/cliff and below it a fort type thing, i duno if its just the view of anothe region, but i dont remember this in any other regions anyone else notice this?

btw i couldent get there a wall and a very steep cliff were blocking me...
