How do I...*ahem*...find the chicken outfit?

A good friend of mine gave me some inspiration, I mentioned that you could get a chicken suit in the game and he immediately thought of how cool and ridiculous it would be to go on a massacre while dressed as a chicken. That set off my immoral curiosity, and now I just want to get this chicken suit and start feeding steel and bullet to anyone I come across. It will also act as a clever guise, no doubt people won't take me seriously at first glance put little do they know this chick is hatching a heinous plot TO KILL YOU ALL!!! *clears throat*
