How do I get the mercenaries to spawn?

How do I get the mercenaries to spawn?

i tried to put them into the Lookout point with Albion Explorer, but they just arent spawning, anyone have any helpful info i could try?:ninja:^_^

when you place them right click on them in albion explorer and check "to ground"
