Lol just do community service. I mass murdered the whole of bowerstone and only had to kill 3 bandits as my community service. Although they are tough bandits when you are just starting, but I've killed them when i just started before.

Ok say you make like a 10k fine click community service then vandalism or sumfin for like 10 gold and you should only get a fine of 10 gold i think that works :)

I ended up doing community service, it wasn't that bad...but I should probably get started on my real estate empire like my good Hero :)
