Somethings going wrong with it for him. He can't get into the game from the lobby or something. He asked me, but I don't have any of those games.

He's got gold, a live enabled gamertag and a connection, so iuno.

You might have some problem with your broadband modem/router. You'll have to fully allow your '360 to use the ports for outwards and inwards traffic! How to do this differs between routers...

Yeah thats right, make sure your NAT is set to Open.
