I've been to Bowerstone in the main story and it wasnt an option, i didnt kill Elliot at the beginning of the game but i did keep the ferret in the cell. Can i still do the quest if i haven't completed the main story? I go to my quest list and the kidnap doesnt come up as a quest. Please help!

sorry, and i am a guy so i dont kno if the quest is different btween Elise and Elliot. Your only option is to check in front of the orphanage/brothel(depending on what u turn it into). He should be standing right in front, if not im sorry I dunno if it will let you but when you do start the quest he goes right across the street, so if its possible to get in there then go for it, but now that i think about it, you said you already encountered ferret as a crime boss, so i think its to late cuz he is the guy in that mission your wanting. Hope i helped
