You could kill your wife...but I guess that's not ideal for you either. I honestly don't know; I've only every adopted my kids and when I've sacked the nanny, they've been shoved back in the orphanage.

If you are married to another xbox live profile with a friend or a 2nd profile you own, just get a divorce and the kids will get sent to an orphanage.

I think you need to kill the nanny to get an adopted child kidnapped or sent back to the orphanage.
