how do you activate the oracle?

sorry if it sounds like a stupid question, or if someone already asked it, but how do you activate it and make it talk? i did those expressions on the bridge near the edge and nothing happened.

yeah, I've had it not work right away for me too...
stand in the middle and do the YMCA expressions... if the oracle doesn't respond, talk to that chick up there and then try again... it should work eventually

And it isn't a stupid question - a lot of people have this trouble. I spent ages trying to work out what to do when I first came across it, so you're a better player than I am! :lol:
