I've finished the game as a good hero and am working on the remaining achievements only to have the Henry VIII one knock my morality down pretty far. I'm working it back up but I'm wondering what do you, personally, do to boost your moral standing?

Donate to the treasury, a whole heap of gold. Oh, and give to every beggar you stumble upon.

if you set rent prices to low, essentially letting everyone have free rent, that increases your morality and makes villagers love you

I knew that worked on Fable II, assumed it worked on the third, but haven't tested it nor heard conformation.

If it works then I'm glad they did not remove another good feature *wry grin*.

well, the official guide has a section on owning property and it alludes to the fact that lowering rent to free makes villagers happy and is a good deed.......i feel like such a nerd but ive pretty much read the whole guide

I would read it too if I could be arsed to buy it. But...I'm cheap.

lol, the girl at gamestop that i always pre-order from managed to talk me into it :) and it was kind of my early christmas gift from a friend

I have one question though that may be a little off tangent but I think is still applicable here.

When you have maxed out your morality and you need to "increase your moral standing" for a legendary weapon, do doing good deeds and all that good stuff still count as increasing your standing or do you have to decrease your standing first before increasing it again?
