You have to buy a ring (You can buy from a stall in bowerstone in front of the bar) then if you talk to the one who fall in love with you (Red heart above him/her) you must look if you have the option to give a ring (The expression looks like a ring) Or else just give a present then click the ring. You will get married then you need to set a house as marital home. To do that buy a house (Or use the house you have now) Click on the sign and click on: Set as marital home. Or if you rent out a house click on the sign then evict tenant then set as marital home. Then you will see a short movie (Or you see it when you give the ring) I cant remember. If its the first time you get an achievement : The spouse If you get married again to the person (Just give the one you married another ring and set another house as marital home) You will get another achievement (Cant remember name)
