How do you get Shopping Spree for Slimquick?

I have been trying to level up my slimquick and I want to get the shopping spree achievement for the sword, but no matter how much I buy, the marker stays in the same place. The strange thing is, I am almost there, but I don't know why it stopped working. I went to my trophy room, and it said all my money is in my personal balance already, but the pile of gold is also there. Also, I don't know how to transfer it from the treasury to personal anyways. But anyways, I really need help how to do it, and I don't know how . Thanks for anyhelp.

I doesn't work like that. Look, just equip it and buy an expensive enough house somewhere (any in Millfields should work).
