how do you kill the tentacle thing after...

how do you kill the tentacle thing after escaping from prison? reps will be given!

so far I've tried hitting the tentacle things when they come down and using Will but nothing is working to bring its health down at all

target the tentacles with ur bow and arrow after u get rid of the tentacles i think he will surface and put his head close enough to u to attack him if i remember correctly

there's a lot of ways to defeat the Kraken...
you can just avoid the arms, then when they crash down in front of you use your flourish, and finally use a ranged attack on the head...
or if you have lots of mana potions, you can just stand there doing divine fury/infernal wrath continuously... it works even on the head...

Interestingly enough, you can actually hit the kraken's head with a melee weapon.

When it drops its head lower, you can get a few hits in. Other than that, just use your bow and/or Will powers.

Bow attacks are good if you can charge it up for a while by holding down the attack button. It may not seem to do anything but if you wait five minutes, the attack will be amazing.

But you can only do a fixed amount of damage to it before it sinks. If you try to do more, the life bar won't go down.

to kill it have ure mam save and when the tentacles cum darn u attack them and when all off them r darn the head will cum up.if it iz close u attack with ure mellee wepon put if it has a distance between the edge of the path use ya ranged or will and then keep doin tht thn u have dun it

if u use multi arrow if u have a bow tht is effective

i killed it the first time it lowered its head i just used the spell that did an xtra attack after u hit the enemy

Hehehe. This reminds me of the time I had Skorm's Bow, the best Multi-Arrow, and mastered accuracy. I killed it in one hit.

I tried to fight using hand-to-hand once, a real pain but damn if it wasn't fun. Though it was some time ago and I'm not sure if I actually killed it. Guess I'll have to try again.
