They normally have blonde curly hair and have like a black net skirt thing , or there are fat ones that have a cone hat on and when they turn round you can see more than you need to and the male ones look kind of similar to the fat prostitutes ^^

I married two prostitutes in Bloodstone actually. One lives with me on Reaver's Mansion and the other in some random house. I have children with both of them. I don't mind them going back to work, either. Heaven knows I cheat on them all the time whenever I'm out of town.

You can't kill children, unfortunately. You could always kill your spouse, then the kids will be taken away from you.
I believe if you get divorced, you lose them as well. Shooting your spouse is a lot easier.
