How do you mod?

How do you mod Fable 2. Do I need the computer version or is there a way to mods xbox 360 version? That would be friggin awesome!!!!

the 360 is designed to where you cant mod, but there have been people to do it, there isnt a pc version that i know of and if you have an xbob live account, and microsoft catches you modding, your account will be deleted
