ur given a quest to kill giles then get a key and he says not to go to cellar but go anyway and at end of cave ur dog will sniff it up and u dig and u get gun

but if you kill him were do you get the key to the gate? i got his cellar key but not the gatekey and how do you buy his houseafter he dies i havent seen the sale sign were do i go???

Getting the gun is easier if you buy the property. He gives you a note and you can easily get it.
