Got fable 3 on friday, a few things are great like landlord map, and a few things are moronic like no inventory to eat what you like when you want or detailed info about the potions and food or even a normal health bar.

Anywho struggling to get my head around the leveling up of weapons and gauntlets. some gauntlets seem to be worth more than others all of a sudden, presumably from use, but it really doesnt say what type of damage it does and not sure whats a good combo, using shock and vortex at the moment, it seems a good all rounder as stops me getting hit but does very little damage even fully charged.

Weapon wise I hate using hammers but swords are super weak. ive bough loads of weapons but now thinking ill need to go legendary to get a weapon which is worth using. Anyone know what weapon is worth aiming for?

Box in treasury gave me chickenbane, which is pretty good, and should be easy to level up to max (though 30 quests will take a while), reaver industry perforatpr was good for guild seals so ill miss that but I have no decent melee weapons.

all weapons and spells have been given similar damage, man. it's really just a question of play style. all weapons found in the game are legendary, there are no "iron, steel, obsidian" class for weapons any more, there's only what you want to use.
the same goes for spells.

that being said, it doesn't matter what type of weapon, spell, or clothing you decide to use. they are all even. everything can only be upgraded at a certain point in the story, making beefing up your character an impossibility. it feels constricting, but i think the goal was so that players would feel more able to embrace their heroes identity without worrying about how they would perform in combat.

last thing: all weapons and spells level up at the same time. if you get melee level up, every sword and hammer in your inventory will level up and morph.

Guess its just guild seals I need to get then, ran out of quests which give a decent amount of seals but since weapon i have at the moment wants me to do 30 i guess its not too much of an issue.

What rown do you think is easiest to kick chickens? :D
