It shouldn't matter if you killed twinblade or not. Maybe give them a couple fable days. Go visit someplace else and come back.
I have tons of pure evil characters. I've never had trouble with getting them to follow me. ^_^

maybe cos i killed a few. just trying to do somthing i found on youtube: YouTube - Fable: Custom Bandit Camps
Im trying to find out how to get them to stay there. think i got to save then leave them there

Okay. Well to get bandits Skorms chapel. I have no idea how he did that. you'll have to ask him.
As for getting bandits to stay in the other places (Great wood Gorge, & Cliff side path) You have to NOT kill any of them during a quest.. And continually pay the Bandit fee until he doesn't ask for it anymore.
