How to get people come back in the temple of Light

I'm now 100% evil and want to get the rising sun (for my collection lol)
But monks left the place...
How do I make them come back?


By the way, I can't select anybody... is that a bug..?

It sometimes happens that NPCs don't respond to you. I've encountered that issue several times as well.
As for the Temple of Light; if you're evil and supported the Temple of Shadows, you cannot restore the Temple of Light. You can't get both weapons, y'see. Doing the Oakfield massacre quest wouldn't be quite clever either, IMHO. But oh well, actually never bothered to do those quests.

I got both weapons...

I got Maelstrom before I even got Hammer, then donated at 12 to get good points and Rising Sun.

Hmm, that isn't supposed to happen from what I know... IIRC you can only swear allegiance to one of them - not both temples.

I got both as well.

I didn't get Hammer for a long time. Instead, I just went around enjoying myself, which included getting as many legendary weapons as I could at the time.

When I decided I wanted the Rising Sun, I did the Ritual quest and was able to donate to the temple.

It's very easily possible, you just have to get them before you go off to the Spire.

You don't swear allegiance, as soon as you can get Hammer go to the ToS and sacrafice up to Maelstrom, then go donate at the ToL and choose Defender of Light instead of Oakfield Massacre, gets you good points to make up for sacraficing everyone and is fairly cheap.

I'll sell you a Rising Sun though, I have two.

What I did was sacrifice up to 2000 loyalty points (easily done by marrying fatties and sacrificing them along with ToL monks) and then sacrificed another wife at 12:03 AM game-time (midnight), which got me the Maelstrom.

Then I got Hammer and immediately donated ten thousand gold, and then donated another ten thousand at 12:15 PM game-time (noon). The only reason I donated 10k the first time is because I didn't know how much I needed to donate in order to participate in whatever they call the "holy hour" donations.

Same here, doubt your supposed to be able to do that though.

I think you're supposed to be able to, I don't see why not. I think that most people just wouldn't bother with the temples until after beating the game.
