How to use mods for pc Fable tlc?

Ok just want to make sure. I download the mod file then replace the original. (make a copy of original file and save it to new folder) then I run fable TLC and that's all right. Also I need help installing Fable free roam soo if annyone could make a guid thx...and i'm sure there are people who want to know the same thing as I do. Thanx

theres already a freeroam application that does all of the guesswork for you. just set it up by installing it. i think the name is freeroam app

Ok thx for the reply but i'll look for free roam app ...but is that how you make the mods run or do i have to do annything els ?
