How do you get your characters weight to go back down?

Am I totally missing something here?

Eat celery i think .... or go run a thousand laps around bowerstone lake .. its what i did.

The easiest method of making your character lose weight is eating celery. You can find celery often at any produce stall. The biggest cause for your character gaining weight is consuming basically any form of drink or food besides produce.
