I Can't Kill Norman

I'm on an Assassin quest, and I have to kill "Norman," the guy who hangs out in front of Reaver's Mansion.

I cannot kill this guy. I can hit him a million times, and he just takes the hits. Doesn't even fight back.

Has anyone else encountered this? Feels like a glitch.

You may have to turn off the safety on your weapon. (Push the DOWN key on directional pad) and you'll turn it off and on. (Only when you notice the skull there) Maybe that'll do the trick. Hope it helps!

haha, i had the same problem when i was trying to shoot a bunny, then i remembered, 'Safety's Off'. i felt like such a tool, lol. Don't try it on the chickens though. 1, it won't kill 'em, 2, they come after you, lol

lol. good idea if your evil and have decided 2 sacrifice people to the temple of shadows: lead your assassin target to the temple and sacrifice them... 2 birds one stone.

Heh. I'm not THAT dumb. No, safety's off, multiple hits...no dice.

I'll try leading him to sacrifice. Good idea.

No dice. He doesn't respond to any expressions. Can't get him to follow. Seems like a glitch.

this same thing happened to me months ago, its was like my 5-6 assasin mission, and i cant do it, so i cant do any assasin missons, it blows!
but i think that i wasnt able to kill him becuz i think i bought the house before i did the mission and wen you buy the house you cant kill him > : ( !!!!!!!!
