i can't trade my legendary weapons... why?

i have a lot of legendary weapons that i somehow managed to get, but i can't trade any of them.... do i need something form like the road or do i need to put the settings differently?

Which ones are you trying to trade specifically? Any preorder or extra content purchases (like the book) can't be traded.
