Does anyone know a good tutorial on how to make sigs from scratch on Pain.NET.. A video or a walktrough would be fine

Paint.NET tutorial.

There's a pretty good tutorial for some decent results, you'll need some renders/stocks though to help get you started. Go here for that (free registration may still be required).
