are no cd fixes legal? I just don't want to get a virus on my new netbook, but I do want to play fable on it and it is easier to do that without hooking up an external dvd drive everytime I want to play, lol

would somebody be able to walk through exactly how to do this because I click the link in the above post and get lost in all the links, lol. I have never done a no cd fix before

Gamecopyworld can get a bit confusing. Go to a mirror site, it doesn't really matter where, then on the right side of the page should be a link called "Game index" where every game they have is organised alphabetically. Find Fable and download the right version for you. Extract in into the game directory (making sure to overwrite the original .exe file), and you can start playing without the CD.

it saved as a .RAR file and I tried to extract it but i don't think that is working right

nevermind it worked! I am glad this stuff is legal too since I own the game. So I take it they make these for pretty much every game as long as you own it then it is completely legal to do it right?
