I need help with my xbox

I need help with my xbox

ok first off i know this dosent apply to fable II directly but xbox company wont help me.

When i try to load any game the xbox freezes

if i open the disk drive the screen stays the same.

it will shut off when i hit the power button so i know its not my t.v.

Does anybody know what i can do to fix it because xbox.com and 1-800-4my-xbox wont help me at all.

any help will be greatly appreciated..

yes but i borrowed my friends xbox and tried it on his and the same thing happened

i think its my hard drive

or maybe its a bug,.... the game is far cry 2

I thought you said, when you try any game it does it. Maybe it is your HD, like you mentioned. Very strange.

call xbox and talk to them , other than that this is a fable 2 fourm maybe you should go away and try asking this on a xbox fourm

As Moonfever said you have contradicted your own post so we are unsure of the exact problem. First you say it happens with any game on your 360, then that its Far Cry 2 and then that it also happens on your friends 360 too. Does the game work ok if you remove the hard drive from yours or your friends 360 in that case?
