i didn't marry lady grey so i couldnt face thunder how do i get that last key? plz help me

You can accept the quest and beat thunder,then deny the marriage and speak with the prisoner in Bowerstone north if you want to be the mayor.

If you did not face thunder, then you cannot get the last silver key. If you make a new file, then fight thunder, but when it says "marry lady grey?" say yes or no. If you say no, then you can talk to the guy in the cell near the entrance to bowerstone jail to expose lady grey and becom mayor of bowerstone
