I now hate Need For Speed.

I now hate Need For Speed.

Shift was basically my last hope to decide whether or not I hated NFS. After Most Wanted.. It just went terrible. So I thought "Well, let's see if Shift is any good." It was that game that crossed the line for me.. And now I generally hate the series. It is nothing like Need For Speed.

Urm.. Shift and NFS..

The only thing that was wrong with Most Wanted was how repetitive it was. Everything else in it was fun.

Now, what specifically was wrong with Shift? I haven't played it yet, so it'd be nice to get some insight as to how good it is and what it's like.

i didn't like that nfs game, it was repetitive, my favorite nfs game is underground, i love the straight line races and the customization. and how it seemed somewhat more alive than hot pursuit.

I haven't played shift, but i couldn't anyway since i don't have an xbox 360 yet:getlost:

It's nothing any other racing game hasn't done before. If you do go to buy it... Don't. Get Forza 3 or go back to your PS2 and play GT.

The c0ckpit view sucks. If you crash and wreck your bonnet (Hood, whatever.), you can't see out of the window.. It's stupid.

yeah i hated that too. much better in gta 4
