The holy warrior helm goes pefect with bright platemail, while the demon helm thingy(wich I don't have YET ) goes with the dark platemail.

Those are two of my favorite items in the game. It's nice to get some armor that covers the head WELL, and doesn't do a half-butt job of it like the chainmail helms. One thing I like to do to remedy this is use the assassin torso armor with them though. Use the dark mage's hat with that, too, if you haven't -- Hello, Black Mage.

I don't understand why the heck they didn't intigrate it as part of the actual suit so when you select the suit for putting on the entire gear it comes on with it...

However, the Fire Assasin's Outfit looks even better because it is very dark brown and orange and that brown is almost the same as the bandana.

However you don't get that suit until late in the game, so the normal assasin's will do, and still looks awsome.

Yeah, I've used the bandit's mask with the assassin armor before. It does look really neat, although I actually don't use the assassin's gloves or boots anymore. The boots aren't very practical for all the walking the hero does, and I end up using the dark leather boots instead. And the dark plate gloves have red in them and look better than the assassin gloves too, so... Yeah, there's what my characters usually end up looking like. It doesn't look half-bad, either.

Myself, I dislike the Assasin's Trousers - they are too blue and not black as the Shirt.

dark villager torso instead of dark will torso for the evil sorcerer look.
