I'm leaving for Aurora. Should I do all the Quests?

The title kinda says it all, more or less. I'm at the point in the story where I'm leaving for Aurora and Walter said "if you got something to do, now's the time" or something along those lines. Do I have to do all the quests available now? Will they dissappear if I leave then come back? I've done quite a few now to clean up some, but I don't want to be forced to do them all.. I'd rather do them later when I enjoy it.

Just don't do the ones where you have to deliver thing and things of that caliber.

In other words, the quests that give 5 Followers etc? Like "kill this person for me" , "deliver this to this guy for me" and other small personal quests?They will be there when I get back?

But I should do big ones that give 40followers etc?
