At first i thought this was Fable II concept art, yet i couldn't find the artwork anywhere, also the big difference is the background, Fable III Demon Doors seem to have a wavy background from the hair, whilst Fable II's is very flat. Anyway you decide:

Deffinetely agree, i couldn't quite put my finger on what the demon door reminded me of

Once again you provide us with awesome info

Those doors look a lot more detailed than Fable II's I sure hope this shows that Lionhead is putting more effort into the important and little things

It definitely looks more like the Fable 2 demon doors than the ones from TLC. Then again, most of the stuff we've seen from Fable 3 (whether it be artwork, screen shots, etc.) looks much more like Fable 2 than TLC. Still, something about this picture just screams "Fable 3!" to me.

I think it looks cooler, but even if they were upside down or inside out I wouldn't really care because I don't like them or care for them very much.
