Impact of purchasing property...

So I been buying quite bit of property this evening, investing and what not and stumbled upon the fact that I can now buy the temple of light. What impact does this have on the in game world, if anything?

You'd think youd get loads with all the donations or something.
But I'm pretty sure there is no impact.

i heard there was a quest if you own both the shadows and the light PM used it to show chioces and crap alot but they might hav just left that out 2...

The title Chosen One becomes free with the Temple of Light, and.. that is it.

I don't know that you can own both temples because

I'm pretty sure one of them will be destroyed after you return from the Spire, and that is when they become available for purchase.
