Trust me it ain't that hard to obtain.Just go to Westcliffe,"play"the shooting range and(make sure you invest Barnum before you go to the Spire)aim for the heads of the bandits(after you come back from the Spire and after you've invested Barnum)and if it's still not helping you look at some guides off of the forums here or on websites like:
Ign,Gamefaqs or Gamespot.

Well,SORRRRRRRRRRYY.I was just trying to help.And yes I know 'help' goes in the 'help' section of these forums, but still it's just a reaction I get when peope want to trade and you yourself have seen people on these forums besides me that say things like:Go do it yourself and stop asking us to trade with you!Or:Why do insist on asking us to trade with you?It ain't that hard to get it yourself,ya' know!Etc.So don't just put it all out on me when there's other people doing the same thing at the same time at the same place.

People who say "go get it yourself" or "It's easy" are just replying to people who have asked to trade over 4000 times and are still getting rejected. You on the other hand post in nearly every god damn trading post giving (sometimes false) information on how to get the item. If people want help on getting the Item they will say "I need help getting the item". If they post in the trading forums it CLEARLY means they want to trade.
