actually thats like 10:03. But We have been told its oct 21. Although I wouldnt mind sooner.

10 stands for oct. because it is he 10th month of the year and 08 stands for the year because it comes out 2008

Yeah That could be it but maybe if we look closely enough we'll see the second hand on the 21. Too bad the pic came out after the release date.
