I saved Elise and married her. But everytime I comeback to her after like, one quest, shes happy but its low. (I told her to dump Lazlo)

1. If I tell her to not dump Lazlo does she still marry me????

Try bashing her face in with a hammer. I hear the ladies like that sort of thing. If she survives it she'll be happily yours forever. If she doesn't she'll love you even more, but won't be around for you to enjoy it.

If you tell her to not ditch Lazlo, no. She'll just end up marrying him instead.

She's also difficult to keep happy, and you'll just have to keep on entertaining her over and over (especially if you changed the homeless shelter into a brothel).
