Is it possible to be 100% evil without progressing storyline?

I'm like, at masquerade party in the story line. But I've killed over at least over 300 villagers+police, and
I still don't have horns. I'm evil as heck too, I killed off towns and did many evil expressions. Still not even
a little stub.

I don't know if 'bugs/glitches' have anything to do with it. But I will mention that more often than
not, my glow when I flourish doesn't appear, nor do the red "rune/tattoo". And on previous
maxed out heros, their glow and flourish or wings most of the time don't appear anymore.

So how evil are you supposed to be? Cause I pretty much did everything evil in the story progression
up to the masquerade party.

I beat the game already. lol
I was a good person before, I got big ol' white wings.
Hmm, I thought that was only for getting the wings.

Tell me something. I tried to remain neutral through the whole of the game, and did so when making my Queen-decisions. At the end, I apparently was just slightly more good than evil. I don't mind, I can fix that. Then Theresa says I took good care of my country and that b**ch makes me 100% good, full with Extreme Morph! I think you must either be good or bad, and Lionhead wants no way inbetween... I'll show them, I'm gonna kill and do bad stuff, mhuahahahah. Up to the point I'm neutral again.

LOL! I was good the entire game, even raised the entire 6,500,000 million with my personal accounts.
No one died, but still. I got white wings, I think I heard someone say you get a halo, but I never got one. =\
And I was 100% noble.

I don't think if you do one bad you get practically decapitated from getting a halo. Hmm..

As I aid, I tried to balance good and bad stuff, and at the end of the year was just slightly more good. Yet that stupid Theresa thought I was pure noble, then, and granted me the wings, and filled my purity and goodness with 100%. I was like ''f**k''.
