Is it possible to kill NPCs in one hit?

I spared the life of the Guildmaster, and yesterday I accidentally hit him. His snide comment that he could break me has my regretting my decision. Is there any way I could kill him in one hit?

You betcha i kill guards in oakvale in one hit but you can't kill important NPC's like maze, JOB, guildmaster ect ect in one hit -.- wish you could XD

^yep, yep... what arcage says. U can kill all NPC's, except important, usually quest related people.

Its most likely what they said but try turning on one hit kill in Trainer +24
