Is it possible to make a mod that...

automaticly jumps over a cutscene?? i just wonder. and if some1 alread has made it please tell me and where i can get it. thanks

But no, there is no such mod...
So I guess you're stuck with pressing [esc] when a cutscene starts.

pft, do what I do, watch the whole thing while contemplating going out and socializing then shrug off the foolish idea.
