Is it possible for Jack's Hammer to spawn in a shop or does it only come from chests, etc.?

I think it only comes from chests...
More like common weapons like Reaver Industries weapons and etc can be found in shops but it think it's most truly that you gonna find it in a chest. Like an example, you never see Dragonstomper .48 or Scythe's Hammer in shops.
