Is it worth it?

Hey yall im Garber

im playin Fable The lost chapters right now and im pretty bored, i beat the original fable about 8-9 times, and ive JUSt found the lost chapters for xbox (i only play rts on comp) but anyway so far theres not much new ,ie weapons/cloths/towns, coupla quests and cut scenes but nothin to earth shattering. i just saved the archiologist and goin to bargate is my least favorit part of the game, i just want to know if im not far enough to be able to enjoy all the new things in the lost chapters or if the ones ive already seen are all there is. i know thers anew tiwn and i have to fight, i think, jakes "dragon form" because ive seen posts on other websites

so more too it or should i not get my hopes up?

Well, there is a little more too it. More enemies, and I totally think it's worth it. But I wouldn't get your hopes up either. Like you said there's nothing really earth shattering. I think it's fun however. And welcome to the forum ^_^

Sephi pretty much summed it up. =] "The Lost Chapters" portion of Fable only really makes itself known after...

you've fought Jack of Blades for the first time

...and it carries on the story from there. You won't find much of the original Fable game changed - from what I can remember - except for maybe some different clothing, armours, quests, areas and weapons scattered throughout.

Edit: On second thought, that actually sounds like a lot of new stuff. Forget what I said. ^_^

There are a couple of new side quests. The one with Briar Rose comes to mind. But you'll see the bulk of the new stuff near the end.

yi just finished that was really diffearnt not mny new weapons or cloths but the new area is cool

btw was that last boss battle dissapointing to anyone else?
twas easier then beating fontaine at the end of bioshock

I had Fable, then i borrowed fable tlc of a mate, there isnt much of a difference, just a few more bits and pieces. Comeplete the game anyway for it is a longer campaing

Anyhow, I'd say it's worth it, for the little bits and pieces now available in the original part of Fable, too.

If I'm not mistaken, in the original Fable there were no Dark/Bright types of armour/clothes...? Or maybe only the Platemail didn't have that until TLC.

there wasn't the will user's hats neither.(in fable)
