Is there anyway to... #2

ok. Is there anyway to change the hero's minimum mana or to make spells require no mana or make some skill s to require no XP points when you learn them. Is it possible? Please respond.

You need to learn to use the search function and not to cross post the same question. You posted this in Oldboy's 'New to Modding' thread, you should wait for an answer before asking the same question again.
Being new, you need to search first, then read the entire thread that deals with your question. Also, a good way to learn is to read all the threads that have been stickied. the one you want is about trainers, that will problably tell you all you need to know about mana, ie unlimited mana using a trainer.
There are some very helpful folks on this forum, and we understand that we were all new to modding at one time, but you need to put some effort into learning all you can before you ask for help on every topic you want to know about.
