I don't think it's possible to trade the Transmog Potion as it has to be used within the Fairfax Tomb or it will evaporate. Might work, I guess, if you trade it while still in the tomb, but I wouldn't assume so.

Yes, it is tradeable while you're still in the tomb. The recieved potion will glitch and be re-usable whenever you like. Caution though, it will still save your game when you drink it.
