Is two augments better than one?

If I have one augment, let's say the Gold Burden augment, will attaching more than one give me more money than only one Gold Burden augment would give me for each kill?

The question is: does two identical augments on one weapon make any difference from just one, or is it the same?

Augments don't stack, so 2 Golden Burdens wouldn't give you 2x the extra gold.

the effects dont add up, no...

this actually is stated in a message that pop-ups whilst loading an area in fable 2 I believe

good question

but you would still get one's effect though... depends on with what weapon you get the kill...

lets say you have on golden on your range, and one on your melee.

if you get a ranged kill, the only augments that will work are the ones on your ranged weapon.
the other way around with melee weapons.

the augments only apply on the weapon you use.
Imagine: you have a fire augment (gives extra fire damage) on your sword. when you use your ranged weapon, it wont have fire damage as the augment only applies to your character when you are actually wielding that specific weapon.

Yeah, I get it. Quite obvious, really. But what if you use both weapon then? At least if it's an augment like Gold Burden I'm guessing only the one that actually made the kill pays off.

The augment you kill with is the augment that works. Its like the fire damage analogy.

yep, the weapon that matters is the one that you use to get the kill with

just wondering... would you be willing to trade some?
I dont really have any special needs but well, this may sound pretty weird, I just want to trade stuff lol...

You can buy from the augment place in BS, and Golden Burden isn't worth it imho. Just go hunt for Lucky Charms in the Augment store.

Im not looking to trade augments... just to trade... you know... stuff (lol)
