I've been away from Fable too long...

During my days on vacation in Moose Jaw, i've never realised how attached to fable I was.

Even though I still thought about it, went to project ego everyday, and listened to it's music, I still left my Xbox and Fable behind in Alberta. After five days of bieng in Moose Jaw, I couldn't take it any longer. I called my mom and asked her to send My Xbox, and a few games, including TLC. I felt like a total nerd...

But eventually, knowing that my Xbox was on it's way, I stopped thinking about it.

I guess the Guildmaster really wants to make sure I get my dosage of Fable all the time...
I went to sleep late last night, too much of watching "Downfall", "Hitler: The rise of evil", and other documentaries on Hitler all week left me tired. I had a dream that night, that I just started a game on the new version of Fable: TLC called "The Long Lost Chapters. Apparently, it was some quests and regions revised. I dreamt the Guildmaster kept following me all the way to Barrow Fields, each area with more old kingdom steps and sculptures, more pathways, etc. There was also a new area like Bowerstone, called "Necropolis Graveyard", with a building that people actually lived in and stayed at in the middle.

I had to fight Minions twice the normal size and small orange cats...until the Guildmaster got hit and got ****ed of at me for not playing enough TLC.

Then I woke up, wanting to play more than ever.

Strange how a few weeks earlier this happened.:ninja:

Eh, I'm like that to. Somewhat. I always think of fable (or any game i like) all the time, but can you say obsessed? :P

Re: I've been away from Fable too long...

Thats me with Final Fantasy 7. :P Fable is GREAT game. I don't blame you for wanting to play TLC.

Re: I've been away from Fable too long...

Yeah, they're pretty odd, these things.

Re: I've been away from Fable too long...

I think I'm a geek sometimes...at least I'm not a nerd.

It's addictive see?

I have to return it to the shop tomorrow... I rented it.
The problem is, I ordered it from CC (shop)
And they said that you can;t get it anymore!!!

Re: I've been away from Fable too long...

If I play a game for long periods of time I end up dreaming about it...sometimes planning strategies for alternative gameplay when I should be doing something important like stopping dinner from burning more than usual...I've done it with Fable and I've done it with Oblivion...not so much Marvel Ultimate Alliance though...

Re: I've been away from Fable too long...

Yeah, the game has become the other half of my mind...

Re: I've been away from Fable too long...

I was exactly the same when I first got my grubby mitts on Fable: The Lost Chapters. I wouldn't let it out my sight unless it was to sleep or go to the bathroom - sometimes not even then... :ninja:

I remember when I first bought fable I didn't let it out of my sights.

Re: I've been away from Fable too long...

I'm a very calculating guy. I'm usually playing through five various games and planing or thinking what to do, but think of the moral implication, (RPG'S do this to me), At the same time i'm planing when best or convinante to me and the missues to get together, Planning what i need to do in my life, what appointments i have, and what jobs left on the list at work to do.

It convulates into one dream at the end of the day. Where by i seem to be a great sword wileding cleaner, whos objective is to get home to my missues in time to do the plans that we both set out to do.
