I didn't start a family until after the story, and my kids haven't gotten older yet. I was wondering if they ever will. Also, if you have kids before the 10 year jump, will they get older?

Re: kids

Almost certain that they do not go beyond small children. But I cannot confirm that 100%.

Re: kids

Well, that was my question about the 10 year thing, I would be disappointed if my children had stunted growth lawl...

Re: kids

I'd be stoked to have a dwarfism/midget child.

But really, probably not. Only in fantasy.

Thats what I'm hoping for... I want my kid to grow up and be a Hero. I mean, they ran away and everything, wanting to be an adventurer, the least they could do is go on with that dream...

Re: kids

I've had up to two with one wife, but for some reason the youngest always disappears before it grows out of infancy. I've saved it when the baby was there, left came back and it still vanishes. Even in my 'quest maps' section, kid is not there. However my 'invisible' wife is.

Re: kids

Hey i heard some thing about when you get knocked down and then fail another time does your child become the new hero you play as or no?

Re: kids

After the Spire you can make babies grow into children by leaving the house/area for a few days. I don't believe your child grows at all past 10 years old considering your hero does not seem to age much either. :)

This was the original idea, with every child being a life. But what the developers found was that the beta testers were farming children so that the game never ended as they had heaps of lives. So this was scraped and they ended up with the last stand option.
