killing the owner

so ive killed the owner of the bowerstone furniture store 3 times now to try and lower the price and each time it closes for 1 day and the plaque outside never says owner killed and then the next day they are back, i dont understand, anyone else got this problem??

also on a side not i did the knothole island big freeze quest and the heat quest so now its raining but it says i still have to do the freeze one when i finished it already, its raining in knothole island and it wont give me the quest to stop it, im gettin mad at it...

dont know about your first problem, but you have to go talk to the cheif in knothole again to finish the quest. if you already did that if might just be bugged so just wait for the other quest to open up.
